Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. You will document details, guide customers through processes, and help the team meet shop KPIs.

Role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential to excel in this position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills to access systems and documentation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive customers' vehicles if needed.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Meet KPIs by coordinating with the management team during production walks.
• Support team members and participate in safety and training sessions.
