Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences while coordinating repairs, documenting diagnoses, and communicating with customers and insurance providers throughout the process.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs and parts, and work with the team to align with store KPIs. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with I-CAR training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and repair environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use DRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented and updated accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by the Store Manager.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.
