Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an outstanding customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs. You will advise customers and insurance providers, document the damage, and ensure alignment with the shop's KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP processes. The ideal candidate has high school education, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP's.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsabilités

• Document and update customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training and information sessions recommended by Store Manager.
