Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating customer needs with insurance companies throughout the process. The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, documents required repairs, and aligns with the team to meet KPIs.

Strong communication, DRP compliance, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training are required.

Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s with at least 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Way for drops, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold the company's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
