Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an outstanding customer experience while creating vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document customer interactions and keep insurers informed through the repair process.

Collaborating with the management team, you’ll participate in production walks, ensure DRP compliance, and support teammates to meet KPIs. A valid driver’s license and I-CAR training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in collision repair or DRP environments.
• Knowledge of OE guidelines.
• I-CAR training or certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and support team members.
• Assist in communicating customer requests to the appropriate team.
