The role emphasizes quality, speed, and customer excellence in a busy shop environment. The position requires a HS diploma or equivalent, with a technical program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or a 3-year auto body apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow supervision.

Responsabilités

• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged parts.
• Repair glass, windshields and interior components.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and safety standards.
• Inspect completed work for quality.
