Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle assessment and high-quality repair, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with team KPIs and representing the Brand consistently.

The role requires completing repairs with attention to detail, including dent repair, chassis realignment, glass replacement, welding, and repainting

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers; use tools to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins to repair dents as needed.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections of vehicles; replace or repair glass and windshields.
• Replace or repair interior parts as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles to factory specifications or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
