Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and speed. You’ll disassemble, repair, and reassemble components, working closely with teammates to achieve KPIs and uphold our Brand Ambassador standards.

Role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, 401(k), and ongoing education opportunities, with on-site work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents with fillers when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames for structural repair.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts, repaint to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect repairs.
