Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle bodies using tools like cutters, jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace components as needed.
• Repair glass/windows and interior parts; apply paint per specs.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect finished work.
