Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experience through meticulous vehicle repair and high-quality workmanship. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality and customer excellence in every job.

The role emphasizes using a variety of tools, adhering to cost estimates, and collaborating with team members to meet KPIs and company standards. Strong safety awareness and physical stamina are valued.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers; use tools to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Hammer out dents and apply fillers as needed; realign chassis and frames for structural repair.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and interiors as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines; inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
