Gerber Collision & Glass in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair and restoration of vehicles to pre‑accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble frames, install parts, and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year auto body apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Repair dents, replace parts, and apply paint per standards.
• Ensure repairs meet labor time guidelines and inspect finished vehicles.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in a noisy shop environment.
