Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Service Writer to support the Service Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience at the Williston location. The role requires communicating with customers, coordinating service activities, and upholding VIP standards daily.

Responsibilities include customer engagement, learning VIP processes, obtaining certifications (BATS, TPMS, ASE), and ensuring a safe, orderly service area while supporting campus safety and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on vehicle conditions per MPI inspection.
• Educate customers on VIP processes to improve their experience and satisfaction.
• Support Service Manager to meet VIP program standards and SAX score targets.
• Complete LMS and vendor trainings and obtain required certifications (BATS, TPMS, ASE).
• Maintain safety, facility, and equipment standards and cleanliness throughout the day.
