Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and coordinate repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document interactions, guide customers through the process, and support the team to meet KPIs.

Minimum education is a high school diploma, with ~1 year of experience preferred. Knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, DRP compliance, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training are required;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Knowledge of auto repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and ability to look up information.
• Compliance with DRP requirements and processes.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Communicate with insurance companies and coordinate repairs.
• Participate in daily production walks and team safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with WOW operating procedures for drop-offs, planning, and delivery.
• Support team members and assist with repair planning as needed.
