Job summary

The Atlantic District seeks a motivated insurance professional to lead a Farmers agency in Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA. You will drive growth, manage operations, and deliver exceptional client service while building lasting relationships with local families and households.

Applicants must hold Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, have at least two years in insurance sales or a related client-facing role, and be comfortable using multiple software platforms.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Review client risk profiles to ensure appropriate coverage for home, auto, and family protection.
• Proactively reach out to local households to present protection strategies and differentiate from large carriers.
• Prepare and present clear quotes helping families make informed decisions about their future.
• Maintain regular check-ins with existing clients to adapt policies to life changes.
• Collaborate with the local team to organize community events to build trust and visibility for the agency.
• Handle incoming requests with responsiveness and genuine helpfulness.
