Alpha School seeks a Director of Client Enrollment to own the admissions journey at a Malibu campus, guiding families from inquiry through first day. You will manage 20+ active families, conduct tours, shadow days, and deliver admissions decisions in person.

You will keep HubSpot and the SIS current, utilize AI tools for prep and summaries, and report pipeline health weekly. This is an on-site, full-time role at the Malibu campus.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients.
• Owned an enrollment journey from inquiry through commitment decision.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM.
• Able to say no to enrollment when not the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicate concisely and professionally with executives and high-net-worth individuals.
• Led in-person tours, presentations, meetings for affluent families.
• Built multi-touch relationships over 30+ days.
• Owned an enrollment or revenue target for 12+ months with results.
• Built a demand channel and referral relationships.
• Willing to relocate to/open markets; on-site daily.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
