Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Private Client Director to manage a relationship-driven, selectivity-focused enrollment process for premier families. You will coordinate a complete admissions cycle, from initial inquiry to onboarding, ensuring alignment with the Alpha model and exceptional client experiences.

You will oversee 20+ concurrent engagements, conduct discovery conversations, and maintain transparent progression, forecasting, and CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years providing high-caliber, individualized service in settings where service delivery shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or independent services).
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment cycle from initial engagement through onboarding completion.
• Experience coordinating 20+ client, guest, or family interactions across multiple stages with reliable tracking and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a relationship-driven, selectivity-focused enrollment process securing the right families while safeguarding coherence of the Alpha model.
• Demonstrate advisory decision-making with examples where you counseled against offering when alignment was absent.
• Present professional correspondence with senior leadership and discerning stakeholders.
• Oversee confidential client information and CRM data to enable forecasting and service excellence.
• Manage relocation considerations for candidate families and internal teams as needed.
