Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Private Client Director to manage the full enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial inquiry through onboarding, on-site at multiple California campuses.

You will lead discovery conversations, oversee 20+ concurrent engagements, and guide campus visits and decision discussions to ensure alignment with the Alpha model. Relocation support is provided; this role emphasizes consultative, high-touch service over volume.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering high-caliber client service in education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or related services.
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment cycle from initial engagement through onboarding completion.
• Experience coordinating 20+ client, guest, or family interactions across multiple stages with reliable tracking and prioritization.
• Capacity to present advisory decision-making examples, including advising against offerings when alignment is absent.
• Professional correspondence with senior leadership and discerning stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete enrollment process for prospective families from initial outreach through final onboarding.
• Facilitate discovery conversations to evaluate alignment before offering recommendations or advancing to subsequent stages.
• Oversee 20+ concurrent family engagements across varying phases of enrollment, with transparent progression updates.
• Direct campus visits, observations, and decision-focused discussions that articulate results, standards, and ideal candidate profiles.
