Job summary

Crossover is seeking a Private Client Director to oversee the admissions process for select campuses across the US, ensuring alignment with the Alpha model and high-credibility client experiences.

You will lead discovery conversations, manage comprehensive enrollment journeys, and coordinate campus visits while maintaining precise CRM documentation and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years providing high-caliber, individualized service in environments where service shapes brand perception (education, hospitality, executive support, premium membership).
• Proven ownership of a complete client/admissions/enrollment cycle from initial engagement through onboarding.
• Experience coordinating 20+ client/family interactions across multiple stages with clear tracking and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete enrollment experience for prospective families from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Facilitate discovery conversations to evaluate alignment before offering recommendations or advancing to subsequent stages.
• Oversee 20+ concurrent family engagements across varying phases of enrollment with transparency on progression and outreach.
• Direct campus visits, student observation sessions, and decision-focused discussions that articulate results, standards, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Maintain CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, resource allocation, and service excellence.
