Job summary

Alpha School is hiring a Director of Client Relations to own one campus's admissions journey from inquiry to day one. You’ll manage 20+ active families, guide tours, and deliver on outcomes with high-touch service.

This on-site role requires a proven track record in client-facing roles, experience handling affluent clients, and the ability to work within a CRM/SIS and AI-assisted workflows. Compensation is six-figure and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients
• Owned an admissions/enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system
• Experience using AI tools in client-facing workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding
• Carrying 20+ active families at once and respond to inquiries promptly
• Lead campus tours, info sessions, and shadow days for families
• Form admit or decline recommendations and present decisions to families
• Maintain HubSpot and SIS records after every interaction and report pipeline health
