Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an admissions role at one campus, on-site in a high-touch environment serving affluent families. You will manage the entire enrollment journey from inquiry to day-one onboarding, handling multiple families simultaneously and delivering clear, compassionate decisions in person.

You will keep CRM and SIS data current, use AI tools for prep and summaries, and report pipeline health to leadership weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with a buyer of $25,000+ per client
• Owned client/admissions/enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships simultaneously in a CRM/database
• Able to tell a prospective client not to buy when it isn’t the right fit
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow
• Able to communicate concisely with executives and high-net-worth individuals

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey from inquiry through onboarding at one campus
• Carry 20+ active families at once and respond to inquiries within four hours
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form the admit/decline decision and deliver it to families
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report pipeline health weekly
