Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens, dates, sorts mail and distributes documents.
• Prepares and proofs correspondence and forms using a computer.
• Responds to client inquiries and provides information.
• Maintains records, logs and files, and archives documents.
• Performs data entry and batch processing of forms.
• Occasional overtime may be required.
