Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience working in a professional customer service environment is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred.
• Basic computer skills and data entry capability.

Responsibilities

• Attends work on a regular and predictable schedule as required by policy and supervision.
• Opens, dates, sorts, or distributes mail and documents.
• Prepares and proofreads correspondence and forms using a computer.
• Communicates with others to provide, exchange, or verify information and resolve issues.
• Maintains records, files, and logs, including data entry of documents.
• Batching forms prior to data entry and assembling materials into packets.
• Overtime may be required outside normal hours, including weekends.
• Works in a fast-paced environment under pressure to meet deadlines.
