Qualifications

• Ability to read and apply detailed regulations and policies.
• Customer service experience with public contact is desired.
• Proficiency with basic office software including Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility for public assistance.
• Enter data into a computer-based eligibility system from various sources.
• Compute and authorize benefits based on eligibility determination.
• Process work in accordance with state and federal regulations and procedures.
• Work overtime as required and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
