Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or 5+ years in sales/accounts.
• Elevator or construction industry experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills with ability to fit client needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales and customer objectives.
• Negotiate contract terms favorable to the company.
• Establish and maintain favorable client relationships.
• Analyze customer needs and secure business with company products/services.
• Prepare estimates and assist architects/developers with product applications.
• Maintain customer information and competitive data for advantage.
