You will work with building owners and managers, develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering Schindler's elevators, escalators, and modernization solutions.

The position offers a base salary of 74,800 to 93,500 USD, plus benefits including 401k match

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or minimum of 3 years of industry sales experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes and SAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities
