Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or minimum 3 years of industry sales experience.
• Experience in elevator industry or business-to-business sales preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; SAP and Lotus Notes experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed assigned sales and customer objectives.
• Analyze customer needs and secure desirable business through application of company products and services.
• Maintain favorable client relationships and manage ongoing communications.
• Assess and follow customer complaints to satisfactory resolution.
• Communicate necessary information to customer and internal operations to ensure satisfaction and achieve sales cost objectives.
• Develop negotiating strategies with minimal supervision.
• Plan, develop and implement sales strategies on negotiations aligned with product strategy and customer requirements.
