• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, and managing customer relationships.
• Ability to identify customer needs, communicate value, and sell service-based or technical solutions.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities.
