Job summary

Schindler Group in Denver, CO is seeking an EI Sales Account Manager to cultivate relationships with customers and drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will ensure high customer satisfaction and pursue opportunities while managing existing accounts.

You will act as a liaison between customers and Schindler, build long-term relationships, and leverage industry knowledge to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of B2B sales in elevators or related industry.
• Proven ability to present, negotiate, and close deals with customers.
• Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer accounts within a designated sales territory.
• Identify opportunities, present proposals, and close service contracts.
• Collaborate with Field Superintendent and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments and renewals.
• Negotiate terms and develop strategies aligned with product roadmaps.
• Travel as needed to meet with customers and advance opportunities.
