Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a Sales Account Manager EI in Denver to cultivate relationships and drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will manage existing and new accounts, pursue opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

The role requires collaboration with field teams, travel as needed, and the ability to negotiate favorable contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the elevator or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills with a proven sales track record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and renew service agreements with customers within designated territory.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare estimates and communicate proposals; maintain accurate customer records.
