Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation is seeking an EI Sales Account Manager in Memphis to cultivate relationships and drive service sales for elevators and escalators, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will manage accounts, pursue opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

You will partner with field teams to generate leads and deliver a seamless customer experience from initiation through delivery, with focus on renewals and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of 2 years sales experience in the elevator industry.
• Experience building and managing client relationships to meet revenue targets.
• Ability to negotiate terms and develop sales strategies that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance and upgrades.
• Manage and renew service agreements and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with field staff to generate leads and ensure excellent total customer experience from initiation to delivery.
