Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a Sales Account Manager for Existing Installations in Memphis, TN. You will cultivate relationships with customers to drive service sales for elevator and escalator maintenance, repairs, and upgrades while maintaining high customer satisfaction and pursuing new opportunities.

The role involves managing ongoing accounts, coordinating with field teams, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum of 2 years sales experience in the elevator industry.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Customer Account Management: Build and manage favorable client relationships within a designated sales territory to secure and renew service agreements.
• Sales & Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue sales opportunities through key customer contacts and industry information.
• Negotiation & Strategy: Negotiate contract terms favorable to the company while delivering on customer requirements.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare estimates and communicate proposals with customers.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Partner daily with the Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and ensure an excellent total customer experience.
