Job summary

Schindler is seeking an Existing Installation (EI) Sales Account Manager in the Miami area. You will cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, while ensuring high satisfaction and revenue growth.

Collaborate with field teams to generate leads and deliver a seamless customer journey. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, pursuing opportunities, negotiating terms, and presenting proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or 3+ years of industry sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills with a proven sales track record.
• Ability to empathize, listen and connect with people to form outstanding customer relationships.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Motivated, resilient, customer-focused mindset aligned with Schindler's values.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and manage fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; identify and pursue sales opportunities.
• Manage existing and new customer accounts; retain customers and oversee receivables.
• Collaborate with Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and total customer experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and introduce new technology and services; illustrate value to customers.
• Negotiate contract terms and develop sales strategies aligned with product goals.
• Prepare estimates and maintain accurate customer records; ensure policy compliance.
