Fujitec America is seeking a sales-focused professional to secure service accounts and drive repair work within the assigned territory in Ohio. You will develop and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and participate in capital planning for building projects.

The role requires 3+ years in elevator service/maintenance sales, a valid driver’s license, and up to 75% local travel. Strong communication and planning skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in related industry sales (elevator service/maintenance).
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Local Travel Expectations: 75%

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
• Manage service accounts by visiting customers within assigned territory and build ongoing relationships.
• Develop capital plans for customers to address building needs.
• Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and other costs using estimating software.
• Prepare service contract bids and review blueprints when necessary.
• Respond to questions related to quoted repairs and service contracts.
• Monitor status of current service contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in A/R collection efforts to ensure prompt payment from customers.
• Visit project sites to ensure customer needs and deadlines are met.
