Job summary

Fujitec America seeks a results-driven sales and account manager to secure service and repair contracts across our territory. You will visit project sites, develop relationships, and formulate capital plans to meet building needs while maintaining strong knowledge of products and local elevator codes.

The role requires 60% travel, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years in a related field. You will work with operations to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective proposals, while building

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in related field.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Local Travel Expectations: 60%

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals and quotas through service and repair growth.
• Manage service accounts and develop relationships within territory.
• Prepare repair proposals with labor and cost estimates.
• Prepare service contract bids and coordinate with operations.
• Monitor contracts and ensure customer satisfaction; follow up on proposals.
