Job summary

Fujitec America in Houston seeks a driven Sales Executive to grow a portfolio of service accounts and to develop capital plans for elevator repair, upgrade, and modernization.

You will spend most time in the field, building relationships with owners, property managers, engineers, asset managers, and coordinating with mechanics and operations teams.

The role targets repair, maintenance, and modernization sales with emphasis on long-term customer value and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related sales, account management, or elevator/building services experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report required.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally approximately 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and grow assigned service accounts by visiting customers, job sites, and machine rooms to build relationships at all levels.
• Conduct regular elevator assessments to identify issues early and support long-term equipment planning.
• Develop and present capital plans addressing customers’ elevator needs, driving repair, upgrade, and modernization opportunities.
• Exceed sales goals and quotas with a focus on service growth, repair revenue, modernization, and renewals.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations and industry associations.
• Prepare repair proposals, service contract bids, and modernization estimates with site surveys and collaboration with operations.
