Job summary

Fujitec Elevator (US & Canada) seeks a Service & Repair Sales Executive to secure and maintain service accounts, grow repair work, and develop relationships to meet revenue goals. The role involves independent judgment and frequent travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities include exceeding sales quotas, preparing proposals and bids, and coordinating with operations. Candidates need a valid driver’s license and 60% travel exposure.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in related
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in related
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Local Travel Expectations: 60%

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
• Manage service accounts by visiting customers within assigned territory and building ongoing relationships.
• Develop capital plans for customers to address building needs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of company products and local elevator code requirements.
• Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and other costs using estimating software.
• Prepare service contract bids and coordinate with operations for input.
• Respond to questions related to repairs and service contracts; follow up with customers.
• Monitor current service contracts, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve issues.
• Renew contracts timely and communicate price increases where appropriate.
• Keep organized records of proposals, bookings, losses, and cancellations.
• Use systems to track activities and assist in A/R collection when needed.
• Conduct follow-up on all proposals and visit project sites as needed.
