Job summary

Fujitec America is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, uncover repair and upgrade opportunities, and deliver long-term value through maintenance and modernization solutions.

The role is field-focused, building deep relationships with property managers, engineers, owners, and asset managers while collaborating with mechanics and operations teams to drive revenue and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related sales, account management, or elevator/building services experience preferred.
• Requires a valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally ~60% of the time; field visits are central to success.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and grow assigned service accounts in the field.
• Conduct regular elevator assessments and help plan long-term equipment needs.
• Develop capital plans addressing repair, upgrade, and modernization opportunities.
• Meet sales goals through service growth, repair revenue, modernization, and renewals.
• Build relationships with owners, managers, engineers, and mechanics to influence decisions.
• Prepare repair proposals, service bids, and modernization estimates with operations.
