Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Operations Manager- Service/Repair in Los Angeles, CA. You will oversee service and repair operations, ensure profitability, manage field teams, and uphold safety and quality standards across projects.

The role entails close coordination with branch leadership, daily customer communication, and ensuring adherence to elevator industry codes while driving cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicles Report.
• Thorough knowledge of elevator industry and general management methods.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises superintendents and employees, providing direction, training and policy adherence.
• Administers safety program including weekly safety audits.
• Visits job sites, conducts quality audits and spends time in the field with technicians and customers.
• Reviews route management and performance using accounting reports; adjusts for profitability.
• Provides technical input to sales on scope of work and cost estimation.
