Job summary

Otis Elevator is seeking a highly motivated operations leader to drive productivity and the performance of new equipment projects for the branch and customers in Anaheim, CA. This critical leadership role oversees the new equipment business, field operations, customer satisfaction, and overall business management.

On a typical day you will lead field operations, supervise installation teams, manage project financials, develop safety culture, coordinate resources, and build strong relationships

Qualifications

• Elevator industry experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience leading field associates, technicians, or service teams.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and oversee New Equipment field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
• Supervise and support installation teams and field mechanics, driving performance and productivity.
• Manage project financial performance, including profitability and working capital goals.
• Develop and maintain a strong safety culture with field training and audits.
• Coordinate project resources, including labor forecasting, scheduling, material deliveries, and PO management.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and project stakeholders to support success.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop solutions to maintain quality and timelines.
• Assist with estimating, planning, and contingency development based on field conditions.
