Otis Elevator Company in Los Angeles, CA is hiring a New Equipment Field Operations Manager to lead the southwest region's installation and field ops efforts. You will drive performance, ensure SIP and safety compliance, and steer large bids with a technically capable team.

The role demands leadership, 5+ years in elevator industry, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Extensive travel (75–85%) within California is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years elevator industry experience or leading technicians.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a technical setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance to estimate in branch offices.
• Ensure SIP adherence and CPM17/GS110 compliance.
• Provide leadership to the new equipment operations team.
• Lead large bids and provide technical direction.
• Ensure quality of all new installations in designated territory.
• Investigate and resolve critical customer issues with Otis and non-Otis products.
• Monitor field tests and data reports; report recommendations.
• Promote safety culture and ensure daily JHA and rigging plans.
