• Ability to read architectural drawings or blueprints preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevators preferred

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts and builds customer relationships in territory.
• Prepares repair job proposals and service contract bids.
• Monitors contract status and renewal opportunities.
• Collaborates with operations and legal for scope and change orders
