TK Elevator in York, PA is seeking a Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair to drive service and repair revenue by expanding relationships with commercial clients and building new ones.

You will oversee quotes, contracts, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of related elevator sales experience, with ability to read blueprints and understand building needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of related sales experience in elevator or a similar field.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings or blueprints preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevators strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Secure and maintain service accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Develop and nurture relationships with Tier 1–3 customers within the territory.
• Prepare repair proposals and service contracts; review blueprints and gather input from operations.
