The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, managing multi-tier accounts, and driving revenue through strategic plans and proposals. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in elevator sales or related industries, with experience reading blueprints and working with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, elevator industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals for service and repair growth.
• Manage service accounts across Tier 1–3 customers to build relationships.
• Develop capital plans addressing clients' short- and long-term building needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products through trainings and manuals, including local elevator code requirements.
• Prepare repair proposals and service contract bids with price estimates.
• Update CRM and follow up on proposals to advance sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with operations for SOWs and change orders and assist in contract administration.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by visiting sites and addressing issues promptly.
