Job summary

TK Elevator in Evansville, IN is seeking an Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and grow service accounts and repair work, building strong relationships with customers to meet revenue goals. You will develop capital plans, review blueprints, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of elevator sales or industry experience, with ability to read drawings and experience selling service/repair or modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of related sales experience in elevators or related industry.
• Ability to read architectural drawings preferred.
• Experience selling service/repair and modernization in elevators strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals for service and repair growth.
• Manage service accounts by visiting Tier 1–3 customers in territory.
• Develop capital plans to address building needs.
• Prepare repair proposals with labor and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with operations on SOW and change orders.
