Job summary

TK Elevator, based in Baltimore, MD, seeks an experienced Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and grow service contracts and repair work within a defined territory. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet annual revenue goals.

The role emphasizes managing service accounts, preparing proposals, and negotiating SOWs with collaboration from operations and sales teams. A Bachelor's degree and elevator industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–2 years related sales experience in elevator industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts and builds client relationships.
• Prepares repair proposals and contracts.
• Negotiates Scope of Work (SOW) and coordinates with operations.
• Uses CRM to manage the sales pipeline.
