Job summary

TK Elevator in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and grow service accounts and repair work while building strong relationships with customers to meet annual revenue goals.

This role requires knowledge of service contracts, estimating labor and costs, coordinating with operations, and leveraging CRM tools to drive growth. Bachelor's degree and elevator industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of related sales experience in elevators or a similar field.
• Ability to read architectural drawings or blueprints preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevators preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals and quotas for service and repair growth.
• Manage service accounts by visiting customers within the territory to build relationships.
• Prepare repair job proposals and service contract bids with cost estimates.
• Coordinate with operations and legal to finalize SOWs and change orders.
