ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree; Major: Engineering or Business Administration or 5+ years of experience in sales & account management.
FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Elevator or Construction Industry Experience
Possess negotiation skills and sales techniques required to sell, understand operating environment, national and local code requirements.
Computer Skills
Problem solving and analysis skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Base Salary $82,900 - $100,600
The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include variable incentives or benefits. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
