Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or minimum 2 years sales experience in the elevator industry.
• Strong presentation and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with proven sales results.
• Ability to empathize, listen, and build strong customer relationships.
• Travel flexibility to cover assigned territory and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts within designated sales territory to renew service agreements and drive revenue.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with Field Superintendent and technicians to drive leads and ensure total customer experience.
• Identify sales opportunities, qualify needs, and propose solutions with Schindler products and services.
• Negotiate contract terms and develop sales strategies aligned with product plans and regulations.
