Job summary

Schindler Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Sales Account Manager for Existing Installations to cultivate client relationships and drive service sales for elevators and escalators. You will manage existing accounts, pursue new opportunities, and align solutions with customer needs, while ensuring high satisfaction and revenue growth.

Travel is required to cover designated territory; you will work closely with field teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from initiation to delivery and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum 2 years sales experience in the elevator industry.
• Experience in customer account management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Strong negotiation, strategy, and closing skills with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales for elevator and escalator services.
• Manage existing and new customer accounts and renew service agreements.
• Identify opportunities, qualify needs, and propose profitable solutions.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initiation to delivery.
• Prepare proposals and maintain accurate customer records.
