Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) in Sacramento is seeking an Existing Installation (EI) Sales Account Manager to cultivate relationships and drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will manage customer accounts, identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and collaborate with field teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Travel flexibility is expected to support field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or minimum of 3 years of sales experience in elevator industry.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Ability to travel and work both office and field.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts within the designated sales territory to secure and renew service agreements.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and sales objectives.
• Partner with Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Identify sales opportunities, qualify needs, and present profitable solutions using Schindler products and services.
• Negotiate contract terms and develop sales strategies aligned with product plans.
